Athletes between 13 and 17 may create accounts with parental consent. Parents retain oversight and control of their child's account until the athlete reaches the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
7. Data Retention
Athlete profiles and statistical records are designed to be permanent, building a lifelong athletic record. We retain different categories of data as follows:

Statistical and game data: retained indefinitely as part of the athlete's permanent record, unless deletion is requested

Profile removal requests are processed within 30 days. Once removed, data is permanently deleted from our active systems within 90 days.
